Winter Storage October 2024 - April 2025

$20/foot for the season - minimum $300

No credit or debit cards accepted.

Additional $25.00 fee for late drop off (if available)

 

Drop Off Dates:

Saturday, October 12th: 9 am - noon

Monday, October 14th:   8 am – noon

Wednesday, October 16th:   8 am – noon

Saturday,October 19th :  9 am - noon

Monday, October 21st:    8 am - noon

Wednesday, October 23rd:  8 am – noon

 

All renters must send paperwork to secretary@woodstockfair.com prior to arrival. Please download and fill out the attached form. Renters will be notified of when they may bring their vehicle to the Woodstock Fairgrounds. Cash and check payments will be accepted prior to placement within the assigned building.

Batteries and fuel/propane tanks MUST be removed from the vehicle and taken off the premises.

No vehicle over 11-feet in height including trailer will be accepted. (Please note: The Ag Barn will not be utilized for winter storage this year.)

​

Space is limited. First to turn in paperwork ~ first accommodated.  

​

Property is to be removed, weather permitting, between April 1-15, 2025. Due to the unique nature of our winter storage, renters will be notified in the reverse order of drop off, i.e. “first in, last out” and “last in, first out”. Every effort will be made to notify the renter to allow reasonable time for removal in order to accommodate the other renters.
